One interesting thing about physicians practicing in NYC is the majority of doctors are foreigners who came from other countries to work here. You can cry all night long about how the poor immigrants just work harder than Americans, or you can just admit the system was rigged to elevate foreigners into our most prized livelihoods while systematically placing obstacles in the ways of legal native born Americans.

I have met doctors and specialists who are so obviously beneficiaries of affirmative action it is so blatant. Most MD’s today just follow a script on their computers. I have even met foreign doctors in NYC who likely are practicing with fake credentials. Yet here they are taking mid six figure jobs here in America all while perpetually claiming no Americans want to be doctors?

The foreigners have invaded all of our jobs and if you cannot see it you are blind or realistically just dumb.

Even the delivery riders are making more than the legal workers at restaurants and cafes. The illegals take in so many freebies on top of everything they take from us already, and then they just call you a racist for pointing it out. We are from the USA which truly is the most “diverse” population and ideology on planet earth ever, and they come from strictly homogeneous regions and call us racists.

It's what the Democrats touted, borderless sanctuary cities. Now it's time to own up. The EU has had millions of migrants of their own to deal with because they supported this progressive social equity movement.

I have seen the migrants everywhere in the city. They work jobs that New Yorkers used to do. It is sad to see them getting away with immigration crimes. I wish they would all leave forever.

That is largely true for physicians in certain specialties and or serving particular demographics but not exactly across the board.

Pubic, charity, inner city/urban, certain middle to lower income, predominately Medicaid or Medicare and so on hospitals or healthcare yes, you so see higher number of "foreign" physicians for various reasons. However higher up food chain you go including "concierge" medicine you see lots of white doctors including those who did undergraduate and or med school at Ivy league or other top places.

OTOH there has been a shift in past several decades as to desired careers for high achieving "white" college and post graduate students.

At one time becoming a doctor or lawyer was top or economic food chain so to speak, right up there with being an attorney or maybe CEO. But over past few decades things have changed.

Wall Street/finance began to lure more top "white" college and post grads with lure of very big money to be made. Medicine can be a demanding career with uncertain hours, high debt load coming out of school and rest of it. When people saw kind of money "Gordon Gecko" sorts were earning and their lifestyle that was for them, far less bother than becoming and remaining a physician.

For some years now tech has replaced Wall Street/finance as top draw for above mentioned demographics.

Didn’t a lot of Wall Street firms move to Florida and New Jersey? Manhattans new Wall Street is being hollowed out to accommodate free housing for migrants. It seems unheard of but it is possibly truth.

Perhaps there are bits and pieces in Times Square with the NASDAQ Marketplace and other financial news offices for The Dow and Barrons, but don’t migrants live in those free Times Square hotels now?

Adams has to spend a lot of dough on people who technically can't vote. That's got to irk him.

Taxpayer money is to be spent on buying votes and consolidating power. Not goodwill.

Dem playbook 101.
