Can I recommend just trying out a variation of your routine, which is do 2 sets of 12 or 15 going as heavy as you can go. With what your lifting now, try 60 lbs on the lat pull down and 25 lb dumbells in each hand for your chest press. See how much quicker you achieve the same goals you have now by just doing 2 sets a bit heavier.

My goals are currently met, I am just trying to maintain. 25lb dumbells in each hand is way to much weight for me. Are you a body builder??

yikes.....okay so assuming I could lift the weight I am used to, I could get through the week, but I would be sore as shi* and miserable. Those are 1.5 to 2hour work outs, thats pretty rough. I will stick with my 45min to an hour workouts, I can barely fit those in my day as it is.

LOL I'm not at all a body builder. I use 35 lbs in each hand for my chest presses, and 30 for my flyes. I dont look beefy at all, but I am quite a strong person. That's my goal. Remaining as strong as possible and burning as many calories at rest as possible as I get older (and we all naturally lose muscle mass starting in our 20's), and being toned despite the extra meat (fat). These usually cannot be achieved with very light weights or if you never progress higher in weights. Also, you can obviously do a much quicker work out with the same or better results doing less reps and more weight.

I dare anyone to do MY 4 day/week routine for two weeks. Don't worry, I'll provide crutches....
3 days of weight lifting, and 3 days of aerobics/cardio on alternating days, similar to the Body-for-Life program another poster mentioned earlier. Each session lasts for no more than one hour, but they're intense.

You only work out 4 days per week, but your workouts look a bit longer, especially the days where you lift weights after doing aerobics/cardio for 30-45 minutes.

In all fairness to the ladies, they spend a lot more money on looking good and getting ready to go out than do the men. And I'm sure some men wouldn't mind if attractive women got into bars and clubs for free if the free pass attracts more women.

Ah yes, the poor discriminated male (who still earns approximately 23% more than what females earn for the same work).

Also, ever notice at the drycleaners a male's shirt is about $3 cheaper than a female's shirt to clean? That is a well-known gender gap here in the city.
