Polish Food in Greenpoint - Recommendations? (Hunter: restaurant, dinner, place)

With Easter coming we wanted to get some traditional Polish food like Kielbasa, Pierogis, Hunter's Stew, Placek, and Babka - and try to find one of those butter lambs

Can anyone recommend good bakeries and delis?

We'll probably stop for dinner while we're there so a Polish restaurant recommendation would be helpful too.

Karczma Brooklyn

Karczma, on Greenpoint Avenue, just west of Manhattan Ave. Upscale peasant food, if that is not a contradiction in terms.

Any bakery along Mahnattan Avenue will fill you babka needs, although I am partial to Rzszowska, or something like that, on Manhattan and Java St.

I'm also fond of the Polam Meat Market, again on Manhattan Ave between Java and India, but I suspect any meat market/deli has the same quality offerings.
