Hello Board just curious to know when is the next exam...I hear its a great job..Any info will be greatly appreciated.
There is a DSNY thread here on the main NYC page that would gladly answer your question if you don't have time to read through the 700 pages. They are very helpful and share a lot of info on this topic.

They're usually given every 4 years. Last exam was in '07 so expect the next one to roll around '11. Factors such as fiscal cuts can delay this and other high demand jobs, i.e. firefighter, thus making the span even longer to apply.

yeh well I know our score cards were low and thats because they had no cleaning the whole summer....garbage attracts garbage so that one bag someone puts on the corner on saturday means 30 bags will be there monday lol
