No, I don't even understand the relevance, unless you just want to educate me. In that case, educate away. I don't know much about Johnson City, NY. I've been to the Oakdale Mall in the past; it just seemed like an outdated, older mall that 100 other cities have. Nothing spectacular that any other city wouldn't have.

I addressed you because only you would argue that Niagara Falls is not in at least the top 5 highest crime places in NY. You defend some areas that are questionable, I can't see how Niagara Falls is even considered remotely decent. Put Newburgh first perhaps, but I can't think of a more crime ridden slum than Niagara Falls being next.
