Yeah, I'd like to see a few of those, too! My home is probably in the $250K neighborhood, which while above the mentioned $200K, is somewhat close to that number. HOWEVER, my taxes haven't been $4K since 1990, the year I moved in.....

I'm focused on the Capital Region which is a bit more expensive than $200k / $4k unless you're willing to go further out (which I am) but the salaries tend to be higher too. Also, my taste may be different from others, I prefer in-town houses with some character personally (like #4 and #7) but here you go:
