Johnstown Police Department (inspection, ticket, money)

the johnstown police department needs some serious revisions.
they should give a person a week before bashing then with tickets.
see someone i know was put in jail for one night
and he is poor
then the NEXT day
after he got out of jail
not even 24 hours lately
they slammed him with a ticket
when he was going to get an inspection sticker for his car
and that is what the ticket was for
they should give people a little more time
instead of being so greedy
they are just too greedy
and are finding opportunities to get more money
when they allready are the highest payed people in our town
which is crap
they suck at thier jobs

People have told me that the police in johnstown are crooked and i have seen it for myself. They all work together to break their own laws and cover up for themselves. Ask [mod]specific name/possible libel [/mod]. I bet he will tell you this is not true.
