Supreme Court says Second Amendment guarantees RIGHT to carry guns in public

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the Constitution provides a RIGHT to carry a gun outside the home, issuing a major decision on the meaning of the Second Amendment.

The court has now taken that ruling to the next step after years of ducking the issue and applied the Second Amendment beyond the limits of homeowners’ property.

The Heller Decision - the gift that keeps on giving.

Also, you gun owning Trump haters. Just imagine if Hillary Clinton won in 2016. This ruling would have been the opposite. You have President Trump to thank for protecting your Second Amenment RIGHT to BEAR arms.

Heller protects the RIGHT to KEEP arms. This ruling protects your RIGHT to BEAR arms.

THANK YOU, PRESIDENT TRUMP. Amen, and God Bless.

Hochul's head must be popping!!

I hear one theory is they will still drown you in bureaucracy, and just expand gun free zones(cause they work so well) so imagine every park and all public attractions, stadiums gun free zones.

They'll try, but they'll get stomped in court, like they just did.

Hochul only pretends to care. When she was an upstate only politician, she was fairly friendly to gun rights, because her constituents up there were. Now that she needs antigun downstaters to win on her own, she flip flopped to the anti side.
