I can't remember the last time I ate steak. My groceries are up at least 40%. That's just groceries. It's sad that this is all intentional, too.

SCOTUS says public schools cannot refuse to educate children based on immigration status. All public schools in the US are obligated to educate all children.

Where did you see this? Don't make up things. Steak would not be normal food in their cultures, so I am sure they don't expect it 3x a day :rolleyes

Okay, I'll throw a monkey wrench into the school argument. I will always support the local school system, gladly, despite having grown-up kids myself. Good schools are a factor in the resale value of your home. Also, families who want those good schools help create a vibrant community. There is a vitality associated with family-oriented towns and communities. Even when us old geezers become residents of the local Adult Community, the kids show up to do Trick-or-Treating, perform plays and concerts, Christmas caroling and other things to show we are not forgotten.

Yeah, it's become a lot more expensive to pay for schools. I'd say it's worth it, though.

Why don't you go to Trader Joe's and just take some steaks home. I heard many places don't even stop you from walking out with a cart full of stuff.
