I’ll stop there and if there were others, add them or I’ll try to add them later. I will say that another day on a state level that could celebrated is July 5th, which is the day celebrated for the emancipation of enslaved persons in NY State in 1827 with an asterisk, as there were 30 enslaved persons in the state according to the 1830 census. While the date was actually July 4th of that year, emancipation was celebrated on the 5th for personal/social reasons as the “larger” community celebrated the on 4th. Some history about this and it really could/should be another day that is celebrated on a state level: https://www.wgpfoundation.org/histor...ncipation-day/ (the marker is in Cooperstown, which once had a substantial black population until the 1920’s or so due to the tourist economy there)
