We just moved to Middletown (and yes, we like it!) and my husband is trying to find out about the train from Middletown to Penn Station. Anybody have something on that?
Thanks!

Weekday Schedule between Middletown and Penn Station

Taken from this page (broken link). There is no printable schedule available on that website and none on the MTA's website either.

Thumbs up Trains from Middletown

I used to live in the Catskills and spent a considerable amount of time dopwn in Middletown and there is a train station right by the crystal galleria area. Metro North part of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. I also had lived in NY itself all my life untill I hit my forties and moved to the catskills and lived there for some 11 years. The metro North line will hook up with New jersey transit that takes you into the city and back again. I will say this Parking is a bit of a problem unless you are an early departure. There are also park n rides down middletown way where a bunch of drivers get together and ride together and this saves money and a lot of it goes on. Winter is rough up there for travel from the city to Middletown and trains do get cancelled due to heavy snow. I had a brother who used to travel from Philadelphia to Middletown to visit me and it was not a bad trip at all.

NOTE: The train station can be seen from 17 West as you come up from eastern Middletown, The station would be on your right side.
