Can you take a nap before you go out?

Sleep before you go out and stay out all night until your shift starts. Problem solved.

Blue - why can't you hang out some of the time and then go home? If they meet at 7, can't you leave at 10?

If you can't - if you REALLY want to stay there until everyone is done, well, you have a 5 hour shift as a grocery store clerk in the morning. I know some people handle lack of sleep much worse than others, but you're young - can you nap on Sunday afternoons?
This. ^^^

No one is forcing you to stay out until midnight or later. Spend a couple of hours with them and then head back home to sleep. Everyone wins.

Yep. This is the path of least resistance, OP.

What stops you from leaving at 10pm?

Eh? No drinking or meeting ladies at 20?.....Yes I'd definitely meet new friends then mate sod that bollox!

No seriously your question leave earlier on sat night then it's problem solved, as a group they'll tend to do what's best and convenient for the group as a whole not one person so maybe that's a better time for most?

Welcome to growing up. You have reached that crossroad of responsibility meets fun. Your friends are not going to make this easy on you, but it's your job to decide when to go home and how you want to feel to go to work, not theirs. Others are not going to schedule their fun around your life and responsibilities. This is on you, decide for yourself and follow through. A good lesson that will follow you through life in so many ways. Good luck.

No drinking or looking for hookups? Wasting your college years unless you are lucky enough to have already met a nice woman. I got that stuff out of my system early and I don't miss it as an adult. I feel those that don't sometimes have midlife crisis problems.

Why not just take a nap after work Sunday? When I used to work odd hours, I wished I made more an effort to have a social life. Don't be like me bro & waste your years away of "all work, no play" Or why not just hang out with them for a few hours Saturday night then go home. A 2-hour lack of sleep isn't gonna kill ya. So if a woman wants to meet for a date Satirday evening, are you gonna turn her down? You're at that prime where people are into dating & meeting people.
