I mentioned my son's middle name being "Wolfgang."

I forgot about my nephew. My little brother named his kid with the middle name, "Danger." Danger is literally his middle name.

Funny thing is, my brother and his wife are kind of hellions, and either the kids will grow up to "have serious issues" as they say...or else they will rebel against their wild parents and be extremely normal and well behaved, like the daughter, "Saffron" (speaking of odd names) on the show, "Absolutely Fabulous."

I'm going to laugh my butt off if Trent Danger <lastname> winds up becoming an accounting clerk or a mattress salesman. Bet he does, too.

I once encountered someone whose name was Va'gina. I wish I was making this up. This person naturally used the nickname Gina. I wonder what possessed her parents to name her that. If it were me I would have changed my name legally.

I met a girl named Cinnamon, which I thought was an interesting name. I also work with a guy named Kermit and used to work with a Chinese woman named Fang Fang.

I'm wondering why Brazen is a boy's name and Yoyo is a girl's name and Moo is used by parents for both boys and girls?

I had a waitress once named "Alexandria." All I could think when I saw her name was, apparently her parents figured that just-plain-Alexandra wouldn't be hard enough for a child to learn to say...

I like the name Kermit (Teddy Roosevelt had a son named Kermit,) but it's interesting how it's so totally associated with a frog puppet that it's out of commission as a regular name.
