No one is owed a job... and honestly, I'm not surprised people would choose UE over a job tha pays less until it runs out.

Here is what I would love to know. Without any extension, both my husband and I will be done with our benefits in about 4 weeks. Then we have ZERO income. And yes, we have applied for anything and everything, to no avail. Both of us are extremely (probably too) well-educated and extremely responsible people. So...what? Go on welfare? Is that what this comes down to? Anyone who can't find a job has to go on welfare??? I can't imagine...I think I would die of shame.
