The tool appears to have its listings by city or census designated place with population within its limits.

Wished CD allowed 3 stickies as this very useful tool.

Best way is keep this thread active and share what you learned.
For those who are new or relocating you can also change two city comparison to your desired cities.
This is best useful city vs city of real info.
