This morning I woke up with noticeable holes on patio concrete (patio is about 4 years old).. Just wondering what these might be.. are they any bugholes ? or termites that just made entry into house..

Its kind of nervous , experts, could you please help (attached the pics)

If they were irregular, random holes, I would go with weak spots in the concrete, but these look manmade. That, or you are headed for an apocalyptic home infestation. If an organism drills through concrete, then ....RUN!!!!

roger that if there is any organism that can make hole in the concrete .. but fishy that all holes are same size

and one more thing.. I just did pressure wash 2 days ago.. by any chance did that make concrete soft so something could easily dig it up? .. just a question

The holes do look like they were drilled with a bit. Maybe some prior termite treatment was improperly patched up, and your pressure washing was enough to break open the patches.
