PineCroft is a retail center locating at the northeast corner of Yadkin Road and Main Street in the Village of Pinehurst, North Carolina.

Harris Teeter #80, opening on Wednesday, 13 January 2016, is projected to be the largest store in the Kroger subsidiary at 78,200 square feet. It may be Harris Teeter's second store in North Carolina to have a fuel center.

It's interesting that the largest store isn't in the Charlotte area. But not entirely surprising since Pinehurst is a fairly affluent area, which Harris Teeter has been focused on since they've abandoned most of their stores in working class and rural areas in the last 15-20 years.

Harris Teeter has left affluent areas also. It exited Georgetown, Greenville, Horry, Richland, and Spartanburg counties in South Carolina 15 years ago through the divestment of stores to Bi-Lo and Piggly Wiggly Carolina Company. Harris Teeter has announced its return to Greenville County, South Carolina with two stores in the City of Greenville.
