According to a Facebook post by the NC Values Coalition - the same group that heartily endorsed giving us the beloved Amendment One - these are the ones in favor of this (along with hundreds of others too scared to say so in public, or so the group claims). By the way, Hanesbrand and Coldwell Banker HPW have made clear that it is only the individuals listed here supporting the bill and not their organizations.

Using restrooms is simple. If you are male, you use the men's room. If you are female, you use the women's room. The alternative is for businesses to have multiple unisex and family restrooms, each restroom having a toilet, a urinal, and a sink.
I'd imagine there are many more who won't publicly show support for fear of retaliation/protests, etc. Or they just don't care to be part of the insanity.
OK? And business people don't have the right to decide for themselves?
Businesses don't have the right to discriminate against customers, despite what you might think. The point is that these businesses are small in nature, whereas the major employers in North Carolina are overwhelmingly against the bill. It's bad law on its own, and the other provisions to strip away municipalities rights on such things as establishing their own minimum wages is a pure power play by our General Assembly, which has shown that it hates the economic and social progress occurring in our major cities and wants to rein them in by making North Carolina into a regressive state. I for one plan to fight against that change in our progressive policies with all my might.

Before this law, Municipalities shouldnt set minimum wages, hours work, breaks and overtime as that has always been under the Dept of Labor for five decades. Wages are increased by business to stay competitive usually the C.O.L. dictates this.
Most of so called companies as some of the names listed aboveare ovious like pray-massage, Some of big names like Apple are using tax credits, so they are under a clause.
Those businesses are more than likely single or two employee businesses. The NCAA is not and IMO Title IX funds for NC are in jeopardy.
