I have been avoiding getting my driver's license for a few months. However, my old Michigan license expires on March 26th. I will be back in Michigan for Easter during that time. So, how long does it take for you to receive your license after you go apply for it? I want to make sure I have the new one before I leave since I will be flying. I don't want any problems on my return flight. Thanks!!
Now you walk out with your license in your pocket. Later this year when the "real ID" bs starts, it will be mailed to you from Raleigh. They are estimating 20 days later, but like most things I suspect it will be 2 months.
i have always walked out with a new license (in 3 states)...never had to wait for it to be mailed....(but that real id thing made me get it early this year)
Did you ever ask anyone where the secretary of state is down here?
No, I read this enough to know that would be wrong
