Your reading comprehension skills leave a lot to be desired...go back and read what I've written, or better yet, have someone read it to you. Slowly. Then have them explain it to you. Maybe then you'll get it, but I doubt.
Tarheel introduced Wegman's; you introduced the number of Wegman's as having something to do with WaWa entering the NC market. Hope you're all set now, sport.
Edward, Edward, Edward... bless your whole little heart...

And I also agree that WaWa wouldn't dare place a large investment here in NC.

We're just fine without Wawa or Wegmans....like everybody pleading for a Publix. I think it's people who are from other parts of the country that "exhalt" these places as better than what we have....uh, no.

Publix is a great grocer and a great addition to NC, and now Wegmans has arrived a well. Nice to have new additions along with Harris Teeter. Would be nice if Wawa were to expand, along with QT and Sheetz.
There is no Earthly reason for them to not come into the major metro areas and collegiate regions of the state. Sheetz food is terrible. I had one of their hot dogs in Gville and it was cold and raw. Just awful. Second their coffee is sludge. Now the restaurant thing is great but who wants to sit in a gas station? Wawa has it right. Quick stop, good hoagies, gas up, get some much needed awesome coffee, and go. Can't beat them.

That's the typical mantra of a Southerner...this is how we've always done it so let's just keep it that way. I thought the South was all conservative and for big business and making money and for capitalist competition. What better way than to introduce the best hoagies on the market and have them destroy Sheetz? Great show of Social Darwinism

When Sheetz first started aggressively moving in NC, their food used to be decent for what it was, and was a tad better than the average fast food. Your post makes me wonder if their food quality has gone downhill.
I'm not familiar with Wawa other than hearing the name. Are they really that much better?
