Hi,
I have a question about all the modulars I've been coming across on Realtor.com. Most look very nice and are newer models and some even have an acre or more.....Why are they so inexpensive?? From the pictures they look like nice uncongested areas, or are they waaaaay out in woods miles from town?
Well, we live in a new modular in FL and I love it. We're thinking of moving to Statesville and I would not hesitate to get another modular. Also, can anyone tell me about Statesville Middle school? We have a 9 year old daughter. Any info on the area would be greatly appreciated.

Jo
