The strippers come from all over the country so not really an issue, but again it boils down to no more liquor licenses available to open another bar/gentlemen club. I guess if you could have one without the booze, maybe you could get that opened up around here, but still...

You should also consider Minot. As the oil moves east, Minot is in short demand of almost everything except bars. The greater density of bars, the greater the crime rate. Things to consider is apartment complexes, rentals, franshise, etc.

We had shower trailers in Iraq. They do exist.

Anyways:

-Tat parlor.
-Escort service.
-Roach coach.
-DIY water purification & plumbing equipment. Got snow and electricity? No reason hot showers should be in short supply. Houses may take a while to build, hot showers do not.

Actually I remember North Dakota being more on the conservative side of life when it comes to things like Strip Clubs etc. I'm surprised they have any at all to be honest. Bars, heck yeah, strip clubs no so much. I guess they figure the booze should be enough to grease the wheels of mutual companionship! lolzzzzz

Shower trailers, laundry trailers. Seen them during Hurricane relief efforts and also in the military as well. The cost to start that wouldn't be awful but there is the issue of waste water disposal. Not a big deal just have to find a place to afford good access and cheap disposal in the same place. The city and local business owners would be happy to see that come in to relieve the "Bathroom Traffic" and also generate additional revenues for the city water/sewer department.

In most truckstops around the country a show will cost you anywhere from $7.00 to $10.00 with a small soap bar & towel included. Of course that also includes a toliet, sink and mirror. If you buy a minimual amount of fuel the shower is complimentary.

Seems like a viable idea.

I'm thinking you didn't mean a chain style homestyle country cooking but Cracker Barrel would probably do well. I love their Chicken Fried Chicken with Cream Gravy and Mashed Taters. Yuuuummmmmmyyy!

Broncogirl - Do they only have liquor licenses... or do they allow a separate "beer and wine" license like they do here in the FLA...??

Thinking maybe beer and wine could make a go of it.... make enough to buy that liquor license...LOL

Hot dog stand would do well in warmer months.
