Hi Everyone,
Recently I took a road trip all over the midwest, and one place I saw that I really loved was Tappen, North Dakota. This place was even more special to me because my last name is Tappen. Sadly, all of my pictures got deleted. I was wondering if anyone could possibly take some pictures of Tappen, North Dakota (like of a few signs with the word tappen on them, of the area in general), and send them my way. I would GREATLY appreciate it!

Please any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm trying to put together a scrapbook of all of the places I saw that I loved and I can't believeeeee that I lost these pictures. Thanks!

Default Pictures of Tappen, North Dakota

My wife has family members living close to Tappen. They live in LaMoure County in North Dakota, which is southeast of Tappen. I can see if they can help you out if you want. What kind of pictures are you looking for?

Aha. Steele, then Dawson, then Tappen, heading east toward Fargo (and New York). I was in Steele on a very cold winters night some years ago. I wrote that visit up in the NoDak room, as I recall.

As a Brit looking at the pics on this site the ones that I rate are the ones that show me what that town is like (eg as a tourist/visitor). If I went of a fly/drive holiday how many interesting towns can I go thru? Its upto the pictures on this site

A little trivia.....Tappen was founded in 1882. It was named for Sheppard Tappen, a settler....google the name for more info....

When we get back to the farm and get a vehicle on the road we'd be happy to take some. I'm looking forward to the farmers market in Tappen so we'll be going there for sure. I may have some on my computer at home.

Our vet is in Steele - love that little town. We like to take lots of drives around our area and I always have the camera handy.
