Well actually it wasn't my house yet. My offer was accepted but no papers were signed. I can't believe it. It was such a good deal. They couldn't wait till I got insurance on it??? Seemed like a decent neighborhood except for a small public housing facility a few blocks away. In case anyone's interested the address was
