Default We were looking to buy property in T.N.

It is a nice neighborhood but the roads are in need of repair. The skilift was still there the last time we were there which was back in the summer of 06.

You think their roads are bad and I think they are awesome compared to mine!
It was a bit over a million dollars to purchase not too long ago. Not sure now...

I heard its been up for sale. not sure of the road status if they go out of business as that road is theirs. the legalities of us fixing it are most un-good. if we patch it and the patch lets go and someones injured we assume the liability by fixing it without a court order. tanglwood north dosnt own it. all we do is pay them a certain amount a year to help with maintance costs and snow removal

Math,
Thanks for the update and I certainly understand the legal dilemna. For home owners it is tough....and me being a future one affects all that drive on it. However, it is one way of keeping the speeders down. I am spoiled where I live I could inline skate on my roads. I appreciate the update.
