Nothing in the Hamlin area. They are small and uneventful. The best ones I've found come right out of my own oven Or I grab them in NY and bring them back to freeze. Hat mentioned a place in Milford I'm going to try this weekend.

Jorgensens Deli in Milford on 6/209 OR believe it or not, Price Chopper in Matamoras has really good bagels. Coming from NJ where bagel shops are a dime a dozen, those two are the best we've found so far.

National Bakery, Fresh every morning. The one on Capouse Ave, in Scranton, they make them right there and have them in any flavor.

I miss my old home town bagel shop, but actually enjoy the ones in Giants bakery. They have to be toasted though. Also Bagelwhich in Keyer Oaks is pretty good.

Wegmans and Price Chopper both have very good bakeries. I'm not sure how their bagels would compare to NY/NJ bagel shops, but for this area, they seem very good.

I haven't seen a place yet in Scranton area where you can get a good bagel, i will try the one in Broadheadsville someday, but when i'm in Jersey i just stop there and bring them back home, works for me.
