Hello all,

Has anyone here built a modular cabin in PA area? I would love some local recommendations as I do think many local companies may be overlooked when I do my standard google search, which yield mostly big, national companies. I would love to work with someone local. Any recommendations are welcome Thanksssssssss

PA has 67 counties. Even using the NEPA criteria you might want to be a bit more specific than 'PA area'.

Asking for recommendations? What's wrong with that. I'd call it "Due diligence".

I don't see anything wrong in asking either, just in the vagueness.

PA is a large state

building codes vary greatly

soil conditions vary greatly - especially in Poconos
pre-fabs not allowed in certain developments
buyers budget *****

I'll stop there.
a narrowed down query - vs lazy research

there's always Google

That guy is nothing but a sack of negativity....if you look at his posts in other threads here all he does is shoot down whatever is being discussed....asking for advice here is what is expected.....if that is bothersome then best to not comment....as the Chinese say:
"Best to be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt!!".....

but he's only posted once.

Hindsight, since he hasn't been back at all I doubt he (or she) was serious but how do find other posts on a one time poster?

(boy, is this getting off-topic, but I'd really like to know as it's happened before where someone keeps getting new id's and being rude/lazy/whatever. others seem to pick up on it and I'm left feeling rather clueless)
