Well, it looks like we'll definitely be in Wilkes-Barre on the 21-23 of December!! (aaahhhh....pierogi here I come!!!)

I booked us at The Woodlands, & since Annie's house is gonna be full of musicians for her concert, she sent me a link to the COOLEST place near her!! We're spending 2 nights on a pig farm!!! It's a cottage built in 1696 on an actual sanctuary farm for pigs & other animals & looks like a lotta fun!! Here's the link so y'all can check it out...

Historical Bed and Breakfast - RossMillFarm.com (http://www.rossmillfarm.com/bandb.htm - broken link)

Now I just gotta figure when we're heading back south after all the fun....

O.K. folks...I've been searching through the NEPA restaurant threads & going in circles....any good pizza/pierogi/restaurants in Wilkes-Barre/Nanticoke area??

I figured y'all could help with any recommendations since the places I've seen on the threads are in towns all over the place & we aren't going to have a lotta time to drive all over NEPA...

I figure we're gonna have 2 lunches & 2 dinners there, so any recommendations would be appreciated!!!

Restaurant Guide - Scranton/Wilkes Barre Scranton/Wilkes Barre Restaurant Listing by Cuisine - Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Seafood, Steaks
This has some recommended restaurants.
Remember that the Thyme @ the Woodlands has a restaurant. Lunch is quite reasonable there.......
I really like Bob Evans. That started in Myrtle Beach. Just because the food is good, way too much on the plate, and lots of choices ( oh plus I always like to shop in the store part of them)
I forget now, Hey Wilkes Barre people........What was your favorite PIZZA place?
( please don't say Grotto, please.....)

Thanks for the link Summering!!! The days we're gonna be there, we'll probably be driving around Nanticoke (& I'd like to see Tunkhannock), so Thyme is where I figured we'd have breakfast before venturing out.........still searching.....
