Its a shame that Scranton is heading in this direction but when the man at the wheel doesn't care or just refuses to see whats happening this is what the people have to look forward to.

The ones I feel the sorriest for is folks like y'all Dan!! The ones who actually "give a crap" & see the writing on the wall & what it's doing to their "home"!!

Maybe W-B proud is right & our country needs another revolutionary war!!! Sad when residents start thinkin' along those lines!!
