Has anyone been following the traffic on Rt. 30, the changes anyway? Starting within the next few weeks to months, but probably within weeks, there are going to be a LOT OF CHANGES on Route 30 through Manchester. Starting right over the Md. line, at Lineboro Road, that is changing a lot. They are starting on the roadway already. Rt.30 is getting a red light at Hallie Avenue at the new houses by Ryan Homes. Fridinger Mill Road traffic patterns are changing. Fridinger is a right in only when you are going south on Rt.30, and when you are going home there will be no more taking a left on Fridinger onto Rt. 30 to go back to Hanover. You can only make a right out only. Lots of changes, traffic lights, signs for "no trucks allowed, and also no cutting through housing developments onto back roads. It's gonna be a lotta fun getting to work on time.

Manchester in NOT in NEPA.
Aside from that...I thought one of the forums rules was 'English only' ????

This proves my point as to why we NEED a South Central PA forum for the York/Lancaster/Harrisburg area.
