Mike lewis was not locked out of WNEP. Unfortunately his contract was up on October 1 and WNEP chose not to renew it. Yes, they (the WNEP family") handled it poorly and deceived the viewers by letting us think he had the night off, but reality is he made too much money and like everywhere else in america right now they are making cuts. It's disgraceful however the way they handled it and I wish Mike only the best!

Thanks for setting it straight. I don't know why there has been so much drama speculation on this issue.

I heard that security escorted him out of WNEP, and that he is in the Lackawanna County Jail for the possession and sale of drugs. I do not know if this stuff is true or not, it is just something I heard.

Well, I wrote twice to Talkback 16.

All I asked was "what happened to Mike Lewis"?

both replies were from the webmaster telling me that my entries were denied.

I've seen far wackier talk on that board.

"Mike Lewis is no longer with WNEP."

So that leads me to believe it wasn't a pretty picture...

Yet they'll keep Marisa, who stands by her sleazeball husband (and who also just got off with a slap on the wrist - house arrest).

Huh? Was her husband the former school director that was just on the news?

Yes, I heard on the radio yesterday, on WILK, that he was sentenced to house arrest.

How can it be her fault that her husband is a butt head? She needs to keep her job so she'll have income when she divorces him. How can you be so cruel to her, She's smiling OC but I bet she's crying at home.

He also sent lewd text messages to a 17-year-old? Poor Marisa. Not only is her husband a crazy drunk, but he's also a potential child rapist?
