Looking for some recommendations for Lacka. Co builders or GC (specifically Abington area but not limited) that do extensive exisiting home renovations. We are considering a property that would need new roof, new windows, basement finishing, complete new kitchen; new plumbing/adding baths; opening interior walls etc. Anyone in our area specialize in this type of construction/home reno project? Thanks in advance.

I can say from personal experience that Frank Carey out of Pittston might be a good bet. I know friends who have enjoyed working with him, and I think EnyaGirl (or someone else on this forum) also dealt with him upon my recommendation and had positive results. Best of luck!

Pat Perih or R.G. Petty will give you great quality and flexibility. Florey Homes is the best builder but i dont know if they're still building scatter lot homes with the two big developments they have going right now. I have some others too that are lesser well known. DM me if you're interested
