What is 317 Linden?
The jury is still out on the hookah bar, don't think its been 6 months yet.
Anthology has made it, suprisingly, with the crappy location in an alley that nobody really knows about.

317 Linden? One store front is empty and the lofts are still empty, just because they built it does not mean they will come.

Let me dig up the old thread about the empty spaces downtown...

Hey you can't talk about Da U and how its a hope for economic boom and not talk about the economy and downtown of Scranton. Especially when the OP poster claimed Da U should turn the downtown into an extension of the school.

Actually it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk about Da U and the economy and not the city, the two are very blended together, especially since Da U is buying up the city and removing property from the tax rolls.

City of Scranton & Da U of Scranton cannot be separated.

I believe the "U" is all ready in the downtown.. It purchaced several buildings on the corner of Mulberry and Adams. It also has its bookstore on the downtown side of Adams Dots connected enough to tie it to the OP ??
