I understand these gentlemen have a "beef" of some sort with a crew from V-town. From my reading of Fairfax Underground, it seems the parking lot behind Magruder's is a popular place for the gangs of V-town to hang out. Is there a similar place in the M?

The parking garage under the Wok N Roll, if it still exists. Hell, I'm not even sure if the Wok and Roll is still there, I haven't been through downtown McLean in a few years.

So just to be safe, I'm going to say the parking lot of Rocco's Italian Restaurant. That place will never close.
