My experience was not good at all. I bought 2 recliner chairs that I paid way too much for that was falling apart from the get go. They replaced one but they wanted to blame the customer and when the other broke it’s like well we replaced one already like they were doing me some favor?? They should not have fell apart in the first place but they blame anything wrong on the Customer! There is a long story to this and you can see my review on yelp because I’m not sure how much I can say on this one. Don’t waste your $.
High priced and poor quality. He replaced later after I put bad review with chairs I had picked with my colors cause there was not too many options and they delivered the right chair with wrong fabric and would not change or fix that. So I’m stuck with chairs now that do not go with my decor and has to buy covers to go with my decor verses them replacing with what fabric I ordered but he refused nor would they refund me. Or I would of been stuck with two broken recliner chairs.
Oh and my original purchase each chair was $800 each ( and they act like that’s pennies and because I didn’t spend more that you get what you pay for type deal) and I went to the company's Web site that makes them and they were $399 each. So they like triple the price. I bought a couch same time I bought these chairs through Macy’s and never have had an issue. They wouldn’t get another dime from me that’s for sure!

We bought 2 leather sofas from the Vienna store back in 2005. The sofas have taken a decent beating over the years and are still holding up. No complaints on quality of product. We would buy from them again based on this experience.
