Hi - we are seriously considering buying a home in Potomac Farms (Paragon Homes). I looked up the elem school for this community and it's S. Wellar ES. I am reading some mixed reviews about the school and just want to get some feedback from existing parents. I have a couple concerns:

we are in same situation as you were. Can you please share your experience ? did you end-up with buying paragon homes ? how was your experience ? how do you like it now ?

Not sure how much it is still true... this is over a year ago I had met a teacher who teach's I think 3rd or 4th grade at Wellar, she did mention she has tough group of kids in her class for past couple of years. PTA is not hugely involved since parents are more involved with their own child growth rather than as a community to raise their kids in. Hope you can great more input from other parents whose kids attend the school.
