We live in Triangle for 4 years and have 2 children. One in preschool and another one in elementary school. Preschool option close by is private, which my child is learning in kindergarten level and elementary school is a School of excellence with award state. The school has a new building and if you research about schools in Virginia, last year our school rank was better than some schools in Fairfax. the middle school is a magnet school and School of excellence too. My husband works in Fort Belvior and depending on traffic can take one hour to get home, but the traffic is not the worse in va. The new communities are awesome. The houses are large and people are friendly. There are few neighborhoods I would recommend, like Potomac Crest, Cramer Ridge, Stone wall. there are many military families and government employes in the area and it is pretty safe. Come and take a look!

My family loves Triangle. we moved here in 2008 and my 3 children are doing very well here. I have a child in first grade in triangle elementary school and we very pleased with the school. the education is outstanding and he loves it.

there are little children all around us, which we enjoy. The kids always have a playmate. I agree that Potomac crest and Cramer ridge are really nice places if you are looking to buy. The homes are new and great sizes.
