After posting on Craigslist, and expending all of my options through Facebook, Twitter and linkedIN, I have decided to post up to you all to see if you have any leads on people looking for housing or would like to move to Sterling.
The apartments I am looking at are Potomac Square apartments right off of Rt. 7, they are brand new and literally opened 2 months ago. Prices are very reasonable for what you get (1690/mo for 1125 SQft 2br/2ba), corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, ect. I can send pictures and any other information needed upon request.
About me: My name is Tim Owens and I am an early 20's College graduate that is well-mannered as well as respectful of other people. I am very laid back but not messy or disruptive. I am a non-smoker and would prefer a roommate that would be the same, but its not a deal-breaker. I spend my time outside of work, working out/meeting people/or being active.
