Hi there,
New to the area and would like some recommendations in Alexandria, Seminary area near Mark Ctr. Willing to drive up to 15 mi out if it's worth it.

Hospital with ER Services: We're military with Tricare insurance but don't want to commute to military hospital for ER services. Always had bad service at Mil Hospitals, long wait, inexperienced staff (interns practiced on you) & then they refer you out anyway ...I could go on. We're not accident prone, just would like to know where to go if the need should arise. Want professional and caring service.

Dermatologist: For my son's acne problem. His past Doctors were just ok. They didn't do extractions or draining even though our ins covered it. Looking for someone thorough that will go the extra mile and treat him individually and not like another number.

Dentist: Again looking for someone caring, professional and thorough.

Thanks for any help.

Thank goodness for this but I've not had to visit a hospital. However, I heard that Inova Alexandria is a good hospital. You can even see emergency room wait times here: Emergency Room Wait Times for Northern Virginia ERs - Inova Health System

As for a dentist, I see Dr. Spagna and am really happy with the service I've gotten. Here's the link: Falls Church Dentist | Dr Chris Spagna | Dr Sousan Kunaish | General Dentistry VA 22042

ER wait times listed on the internet?!!!! What a novel idea!
Gdorm - we're also military and while we've only been here since Nov., hit me up if you need anything (we live in Fairfax, near Annandale).

I'll DM you the name of my dentist. She's in Arlington, just about 15 min from you.
