We are moving to Leesburg in a few weeks, will be in corporate housing until we purchase. We have looked at homes already but have now discovered that many school boundaries have been altered in the area. Some of the homes we looked at are now slated for Catoctin Elementary which has a very poor rating. Does any know how they explain the rating- it can't all be because they had a high number of reduced lunch children- are the teachers highly rated? is the principal motivated?
