In case people wanted to look at statistics rather than innuendo, you can find the Metro Police blotter on-line.
The latest report includes the last week of July when the Silver Line opened and appears to indicate that crime near Metro facilities remains concentrated in DC and Maryland, not Virginia. There were no incidents reported near any of the new Silver Line stations.
