Hey I live in the Rippon area and I think its really nice, safe and walkable to VRE. I heard the elementary school (Leesylvania) is pretty good from neighbors but what are outsiders opinion? I have a solid 10 years before middle so I'm not worried about that at this point.

Just about all of the elementary schools in the county are good. It's middle school where you start to have issues. I have heard good things about Leesylvania but it's been a while. My kids are now out of schools so I'm not as in touch with that as I used to be.
