Hello,
We are a military family with two daughters who will be relocating to NOVA arriving June/July 08. We are looking to rent a SFH or TH for at least a year possibly more. Looking for the Burke, West Springfield, Vienna, Fairfax, McLean or parts of Arlington area for schools. Husband will be commuting to Pentagon. Area should be a nice, safe, family area. We would like at least a 3 bdrm 2 ba with fenced yard. We have two dogs, (1) 8 year old Border Collie and (1) 1 year old Australian Shepherd both professionally trained and both have their k-9 good citizenship awards. We have been homeowners and landlords ourselves for over 15 years and will take excellent care of your home. Willing to spend $1800 - $3000.00 and would pay a large pet deposit if necessary or additional rent for the dogs.
If anyone knows of anything coming available please reply.
