A lot of people meet me and ask me if I am from Fredericksburg. They say I sound Fredericksburg accent. I am from Northern Virginia, but I am from north and west of there. Ironically, I do have family connections to the area. What do y'all think?

I have numerous friends in Fredericksburg and have visited it often. I couldn't even begin to describe what a "F'burg" accent might sound like.

After watching the video, your accent doesn't sound like a VA accent unless it's somewhere in southern VA - not Fredericksburg and certainly not NoVA. The inflections on certain words make it sound more like a deep south accent. Such as "questions" at the 33 sec mark.
I have a Central VA accent and some have mistaken it for an SW VA or NC accent. I suppose some just haven't spoken too often with folks from central VA.
