Yes I assumed you knew it was gonna take 90+ minutes. Public transportation exists to get you from A to B, but definitely not quickly. A car or Uber would have been maybe 20-30 minutes in the morning.

You are right that a car would have been much faster, but no well in hell are you getting from Silver Spring all the way out there in 30 minutes in rush-hour traffic.
