Speaking of Loudoun and the same over and over and over again.....


You know that open field area that is essentially behind Evergreen Mill Elementary to Rte. 15 (across from Woodlea Manor neighborhood)?


VanMetre just went live with a new development there. 8 acres of land for 400 homes. Meaning average lot size of .2 acres (although advertising even smaller than that). Van Metre basically has like 4 housing plans they've been using for the past 15 years....ugh.....


Pricing starts at high $600's....

"Transition zone" my $#@... I guess we'll just have to accept the fact that we're going to end up with high-ish density all the way up to Route 15.
