You've been driving less than two years and you already have two moving violations, a parking ticket, and an accident? A driving course is definitely a good idea, regardless of whether or not it would help with the ticket.

You must be spending a fortune in insurance premiums.

The etiquette police want to ticket this guy for failing to say "thank you" to those who gave advice.

Go look in the Mirror. That's the Guy who can help you the most. He knows the Difference between 72mph and 50mph. Get him to teach you what happens if you ignore that Difference. He likely knows those words "Consequences" and "Accountability." Face it, there is no excuse for doing 72 in a 50. Its nor like you where doing 57 or something. Man up, and pay your ticket, and get smarter. The Law applies to all of us.

Don't listen to this advice. Most PWC General District judges will not accept this if they don't approve it ahead of time. Unless something has changed since I retired from PWC they were not accepting this if they didn't give the OK.

I did this and it worked for me in PWC so don't tell me they don't accept this, my Lawyer recommend I do this
and I got off doing 80 in a 65 on I 95. I didn't have any points on my License so Im sure that helped as well.

You had a lawyer intervene and the OP doesn't want to hire one. Big difference.

Did you even read what I first wrote? You would be pleading guilty but taking advantage of a plea deal, something happens thousands of times a day across the US. Go in and plead guilty and you walk out with a RD conviction. Your call. You can plead guilty and ask the judge for a break but absolutely no guarantees you'll receive one.

It's better than to plea innocent without a lawyer and look even worse for it. I can own up to my mistake, all I'm just asking for is just a lesser punishment. I am already in a terrible financial state (unrelated to driving).
