Maybe the streets are less tree lined than some elsewhere in Reston, but the backyards appear to be pretty well wooded.
I really don't know what the deal with Fox Mill Woods is other than it is not part of Reston Association. I looked at several homes in the area during my search and my Real Estate Agent was being very coy and trying to pass it off as no different than living in the Reston Association areas of Reston. The few times I've been there recently, I have noticed that most houses are well maintained with a few exceptionally poorly maintained houses. Their are only a few housing styles and some are relatively large compared to similarly priced houses in the Reston Association area.

Thanks. Everything looked nice from what I drove by, but I didn't explore the whole neighborhood. No HOA is somewhat appealing, but I should have asked how they maintain the sidewalks and streets there with no association.
