I just checked it leaving Tysons at 5:30 and it shows 50 mins via 66 and over an hour using alternate routes

Thanks so much for that estimate. I think I am looking at 40-50 minutes in the morning and about 60 mins coming back home.

Just thought, not knowing but if you are within walking distance of a metro station in Tyson’s I almost wonder what the time would be to park at the Weile station in Reston then hop the metro. Maybe faster to get home from Reston, but then there’s the cost involved too. Just a crazy thought. Wonder if anyone does that.

I live in Greenbriar and occasionally go to one of our offices in Tysons. Usually 35-40 minutes for me going the Fairfax Cty Pkwy to the Toll Road. My office is behind the Sheraton on Rte 7 though, so I turn as soon as I get off the ramp and miss a lot if the crazy Tysons traffic.

Yes, two-hours a day. If it snows---could be several hours! Welcome to the nightmare that is DC area traffic!
