I am number 33,488 (got in line right at 10:00) in the Queue and there are still 15,631 people in front of me at 3:30pm.

Someone on the Kennedy Center's Facebook page posted that only single seats are available on the weekend, and getting more than two together on weeknights is tough.

Someone mentioned there are 2300 seats in the Opera House and there are 111 schedule performances of Hamilton. That means there are 255,300 tickets available. Assuming 25,000 went to subscribers and congress members and their families, that means there are 230,300 tickets available. Odds of getting tickets without going through a scalper are slim. Looks like seeing it in Baltimore in 2019 may be the next option.

I've resigned myself to the fact that unless I win the rush lottery when I'm in NYC next month (highly unlikely), it'll probably be 10 years before I see Hamilton. I'm not willing to pay over face value for any B'way show.

Just got mine...2 seats together on a Sunday afternoon in the Orchestra...$650 each. Ouch.

I don't think non-$650 seats are left.

(And while $650 is super expensive, I figured we would spend more than that should we travel to another city to see it.)

Everyone I know who has already seen it has said it's the best musical they've ever seen. And all of those people made sure they had Kennedy Center memberships to get priority tickets yesterday. All are excited to see it again.

At approximately 10:30pm last night I was number 756 with 721 people in front of me and then I was kicked out of line and sent to a page that said, "All Tickets for the Member Pre-Sale have been SOLD OUT! WTF!!! I spent the entire day waiting for my chance and nothing! We have been KC members since 1996, so I was not one of those who joined in the last few weeks just to get tickets. And of course Stub Hub and the scalpers have plenty of tickets available. Very unfair! I will not even bother with the Hamilton general public sale at the end of the month, because I know that will be even more of a cluster!

The Kennedy Center main page said sold out as early as 7 am yesterday, and the "update" section of the "waiting room" page said the same thing.

I'll try for the other two when general population goes on sale.....but just know that a queue number higher than 15k makes you SOL.
